Blü a salon was born in September of 2002, the fruit of Peggy Potts' dream to cultivate a comfortable, quality-focused atmosphere for her extensive clientele and for a select few additional local hair professionals to showcase their expertise and cater to each client's specific hair needs.
Located off the busy hub of the Hawthorne neighborhood in Portland, Oregon, the culture of the city is represented well at Blü. From the latest developing trends and styles, to classic conservative, the knowledge and skill possessed by the salon professionals at Blü provide something for everyone.
