Blü is looking to add an experienced stylist to our team!
Blü a Salon is currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, professional, creative, team-oriented and fully booked (or at least 80% booked based upon a 40 hour workweek) individual to round out our staff of extremely talented and friendly stylists.
As a limited time hiring promotion, we are offering a FREE trip to New York City to attend Bumble and bumble University and receive amazing education and inspiration. This offer includes airfare, hotel accommodation, the Bumble class of your choice and a daily meal stipend.

Blü a Salon has been catering to clients young, old, hip and square with great success for the past 7 years. Blü is a Bumble and bumble exclusive salon and we seek to continuously inspire and provide educational and professional development opportunities for all our team members. Blü is a commission-based salon, with a multi-tiered commission structure for both services and retail – the more you revenues you generate, the bigger your paycheck.
Blü offers healthcare coverage through Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (Blü pays half of the group plan premium for all eligible participants), paid vacation opportunities for tenured employees and yearly bonuses as well.
Blü also offers great support in the forms of a professional full-time receptionist, weekly mentoring opportunities and continuous professional development tools. All Bumble and bumble backbar is supplied at no cost to the stylists.
We are also proud to note that we are involved in an ongoing “greening” process within the salon that stresses recycling, reducing waste, using the best and most earth-friendly products and aligning ourselves with other groups and individuals in the area with similar goals (see Q19Greening)

The fine print: Blü provides all team members with a copy of the Company Handbook which details all company policies. In order to be eligible to receive the hiring bonus we are currently offering, any individual accepting the offer must meet all requirements set forth in the Company Handbook, be employed at Blü for a minimum of 6 months AND meet all agreed upon performance goals.
